Please note that Germany is an address-based country and you should not misunderstand us, we provide you with a German shipping address for your purchases, not a living address. Our members can use our address for purchasing purposes only and nothing else. We will accept your shipments from any shipping company in Germany and ship them to you anywhere you reside worldwide.
Under normal conditions, we ship your items with DHL, which serves more than 210 countries in the world. If your actual address is not on DHL`s service list, we can provide you with a custom shipping solution using another logistics service provider. However, please consider that we reserve the right not to serve a country that is blocked by the Foreign Ministry or Trade Ministry of Germany.

AddressGermany.com declares your items to DHL before shipping. If DHL rejects any of the items that belong to you, we remove the rejected item(s) from your package and send your package, including only items that are confirmed by DHL.
Your items are stored in our warehouse for maximum 30 days in demand and your packages, mail and letters are compiled into one package instead of individually sent. Considering high international shipping rates, you can easily see the benefits available to AddressGermany.com members.

If you are using AG for your personal needs, we charge 1 time 10€ registration fee for lifetime membership and for unlimited packages. If you need to use AG services for your commercial needs, you must contact us for a quote.
We require each user to verify himself with a passport or personal ID scan for security reasons. All our services are processed for verified members. In case, we may require more documents such as Gas or Electric invoice. We dont accept item of unverified user and reject for "unknown User"
AddressGermany.com members can use our shipping address in Germany to eliminate difficulties encountered when purchasing German-made items. We will store your packages for maximum 30 days and we forward all purchased items and mail after consolidation into the smallest shipment as possible. We ship ASAP only Standard members as after we received.
In order to receive your package by our company, member must write the receiver address as described as in member`s area. AG is not responsible from wrong, imcomplete or rejected address.
Please note that DHL has certain regulations on package dimensions. If it is not possible to compile all of your items into one package, we will divide your items into two or more packages that DHL accepts. Of course, you may request that some of the remaining items be stored with us until your next shipping date if your contents exceed the maximum allowable for one package. Please warn us via email in these cases.
What is the maximum weight of a package? We can provice custom solutions according to client`s needs. DHL accepts maximum 30 kg but we can ship your package with Fedex whose maximum weight is 65 kg.
Our only accepted currency is €uro. During the payment process, you are required to convert your local currency into €uro. Our currency converter tool works with real-time European Central Bank rates.
You tell us what you want to buy and we will purchase your item using our German Bank account (Bankeinzug) and resell it to you at only 3% credit card processing fee. Your order will then be shipped immediately.
For our corporate members, we provide a post box that AddressGermany.com members can use to receive their mail, letters, catalogs, etc. Government letters are the only exception. In Germany, it is not legal to use another mailing address as your official residence address and forwarding can only be done nationwide by Deutsche Post.

Once we ship your item, you will see a shipment number in your member area. You may then use your shipping number to track the shipping status of your package here

Customs tax is related to
the destination country. We have members from all over the world and we cannot know a specific country`s regulations.
Please research customs tax regulations here before placing your order.
Membership is lifetime . If you don`t need our services and wish to cancel your membership, please send us an email to that effect, including your username and shipping address.
Once you cancel your membership, all of your data will be removed from our system.
If you wish to register again, you should register as a new member after selecting your
membership type.
