*We require a passport or personal ID scan for verification purposes  from each user. Our all services are processed for verified members. Simply email your passport or personal ID scan after registration. We can ask additional documents against identity theft and scam.

* We accept only packages from Germany, definetly no foreign packages.

* Packages under 2kg is accepted as "small package" by DHL and tracking number is not provided. Because of DHL cooperates with your local post organization in your country  for small packages, there may be delay or receiver may not be notified about delivery. This is totaly comes from your country`s local post organization. Member is supposed to ask about delivery to his local post office. As DHL does not accept responsibility on delivery of small packages, AddressGermany.com is also NOT responsible on delay, non delivery for packages under 2kg. If you do not wish to face a situation like listed above, request delivery when your package is over 2kg as standard package with a tracking number instead. Via airmail service with tracking number is 14.50€ up to 1kg and 19€ up to 2kg.
