15. Return Back and Change Policy

Before shipping:
-If there are more than 7 days to your shipping date:
Our members have the right to return or exchange any item purchased from our online shop for any reason.  This is our 7 day guarantee for any item that we sell in our online shop.

-If there are less than 7 days to your shipping date:

If an item is ordered during our 7 day guarantee period, the item will be shipped on your next shipping date. Our guarantee is valid -- you can cancel or request a change within 7 days.

After shipping:

We don’t accept any cancellation request. Member can request only an exchange after shipping. All shipping costs will be charged from member´s credit card.

Exception:

If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item from AddressGermany.com, please return the item in its original box, and we will send you a new item and pay shipping costs.

*Our package forwarding service (item is not purchased from our online shop) is not included in our guarantee, member must contact with original seller where he bought that item. We are only responsible from storing your package in safe, repackaging and ship to our member.
