1. AddressGermany.com will provide a shipping address which means shopping with our name and sirname, not member's own name because of post laws in Germany does not allow it and its just only for member purchases or import export from Germany. Members can not use our address to open a bank account or setup a company in Germany.
*We require a passport or personal ID scan for verification purposes from each user. Our all services are processed for verified members. Simply email your passport or personal ID scan after registration. We can ask additional documents against identity theft and scam.
2. AddressGermany.com`s service consists of receiving the member`s mail and merchandise, sorting it, packing it and transporting it to the member`s country, then delivering it to the member`s specified local address during regular business hours. The AddressGermany.com member authorizes AddressGermany.com to open their packages, check the content ,charge his/her credit or debit card for membership dues, shipping and handling charges, and for any additional optional services selected by the member. If AddressGermany.com receives a chargeback for any previously valid charges, the member`s account may be immediately terminated and all mail/packages will be returned to sender or properly discarded.
3. Shipping charges are based on the weight. Packing dimensions should be not more than 120*60*60. Should special conditions apply according to the dimensions of a particular package, the member must accept special shipment conditions (such as roll-shaped packages, etc.)
4. AddressGermany.com will allow active customers to store their merchandise for up to 30 days at no charge. After 30 days, all items will be shipped as a package all in as few shipments as possible. When a package is not sufficient to create a large enough parcel, the remaining items will be stored for the next shipping date without a fee. If the member wishes to receive all of his/her products in more than one package, he/she must inform AddressGermany.com and should be ready to pay shipping costs of more than one package at the time of shipment.
5. In the event of an insurance claim, payment will be based on DHL`s Transportation Insurance conditions. Maximum liability is limited to the amount stated in the country information for the destination country in question. AddressGermany.com will declare your invoice value for a product with DHL. Only Premium shipping contains up to 500€ guarante of DHL. As long as member does not request Premium shipping, AddressGermany.com ship via DHL Standard shipment which has mostly 183€ insurance value in case of loss or damage.
User must notice that AG`s responsibility or our contract with customer is assumed successfully completed when we provide tracking number of package. Any loss or delay by any reason which is sourced by courier company or local customs in destination country is NOT a part of our service.
6. Either party may cancel this agreement with written notice, such as by email or letter. [FinMark1]
7. Standart membership and magazine purchases are non-refundable. AddressGermany.com retains the right to return all packages/mail to the sender and/or discard items that it receives for accounts that are cancelled. Shipping charges for non-members or cancelled customers are twice the rate of shipping prices listed on the AddressGermany.com Web site. Standart membership is valid for lifetime.
8. Standard Membership is lifetime unless the member advises AddressGermany.com in writing that he/she wishes not to be a member anymore.
9. Late Fees. All invoices past due by more than thirty (30) days will be assessed a late fee of 20€, plus 10% per month. This fee will apply for each month that an order remains past due.
10. Activation of your AddressGermany.com address and/or its use after the effective date hereof represents your acceptance of this agreement and authorization to charge your credit or debit card or bank account for all your future charges.
11. AddressGermany.com reserves the right not to serve to a client without mentioning any reason either / or reject to serve, at its sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these terms and condition at any time. Please review the terms and conditions postings for changes and/or modifications that will constitute your acceptance of the re-terms and conditions.
12. Illegal activity is not permitted by AddressGermany.com. Any legal fees incurred by AddressGermany.com as a result of enforcing the laws of Germany against a customer or potential customer will be the sole financial responsibility of the customer. In case of fraud or illegal activity, we shall share member details with German Police department.
13. Custom tax issues or fees depend on the destination country`s import and export regulations. AddressGermany.com has members from all over the world and is not responsible for knowing different country regulations or custom taxes that may apply. Members are encouraged to search for information on tax issues using local resources or clicking here.
14. Government mail forwarding service is only possible after a member registers with Deutsche Post`s Nachsendeservice and his/her time limit expires. The duration of official letter forwarding is limited to six months, with an option to extend service for six more months. Because AddressGermany.com stores all items and mail belonging to members for 30 days, in urgent cases, members can face official concerns or problems as a result of delayed receipt of government mail. AddressGermany.com is not responsible for any official rights loss or financial punishment as a result of member mail delivery or delay.
15. Return Back and Change Policy
We don’t accept any cancellation request because we are not the direct seller. Long international shipping period may exceed official return back period (14 days) so user must be careful while shopping. Please aware that AG is only making forwarding services to help our clients and our responsibility does not cover your return and change requests. Member must contact with seller and discuss it.
16. AddressGermany.com provides guidance to members about how to complete accepted German product purchasing forms. In addition, each member has to write our address as seen in Member`s are . AddressGermany.com is not responsible from issues that arise from any wrong, incomplete and/or rejected forms. We are definetly not responsible from UNIDENTIFIED packages which arrives us without any customer number.
17. AddressGermany.com is responsible and warrants to keep member`s items in the best storage conditions possible until shipping date. In the case of any damage or loss during storage, AddressGermany.com will pay the invoice value of each item to the client or repurchase the same item for the member without any extra charge to the member. As company we are not responsible during transportation loss or damage , DHL transportation insurance conditions are valid.
